What have been some of the key influences that have shaped your musical style?

Well, in the beginning, I started with the group Revolt Klan, and at that time, we began with hip-hop and RnB because I really liked and still love hip-hop and RnB music! Over time, we experimented with dance music, collaborating with famous Romanian singers, which turned out to be successful. Later, we continued with modern music mixed with folk, where we collaborated with Mariola Kacani and achieved success. So, let’s say we experimented to see where we had the most success, and it turned out that every genre we performed in was successful. However, my heart still lies with hip-hop and RnB!

How has your education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Tirana influenced your artistic development?

My education at the Academy of Fine Arts had a positive impact on my artistic development, as I gained a deeper understanding of technique, stage presence, and how to effectively engage with the audience.

Was there a teacher or mentor who played a special role in shaping your artistic path? How do you balance these different genres in your performances?

My teacher, Agim Duro, played a significant role in my development by sharing his extensive knowledge and offering guidance that helped me reach where I am today. I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to him. I believe that with hard work and consistent practice, anything is achievable, which is why I dedicate two hours each day to perfecting my performance on stage.

Which musical genre is closest to your heart and why?

As I mentioned earlier, my favorite genres are Hip-Hop and RnB because they are trendy, I sing about love, and they evoke strong emotions—I truly find myself in them. However, as I’ve grown older, I must say that folk music, which is deeply rooted in our traditions, also appeals to me greatly.

What are some of the most memorable moments from your performances on Albanian stages?

The most memorable moments were during the first concerts where I was full of emotion, and when I sang, I wanted to show the audience that I sang live, so I would stand still like a statue, ahahahah. But also at the end-of-year festival, the special thing was performing with the large symphonic orchestra, which was an unforgettable emotion and feeling! It was always great, always with emotion and full of love!

How would you describe your relationship with the Albanian audience?
It’s been a very good and beautiful experience with its ups and downs, but a very good experience overall!

What plans do you have to expand your presence on the international stage?
I will bring a lot of new songs starting in September, but let’s wait and see… I’ll leave it as a surprise, ahahahah!

Can you share some details about your new music projects and the music videos you are working on?
The plans are big; I want to create a conservatory for children where I can teach them to sing, but hmmmm, I’ll leave it to time—I’m still thinking about and planning it in my mind…
