How has your birth in France influenced your Albanian identity and passions?

“My birth in France is a part of my identity. I consider myself both Albanian and French, but to say which part I feel more is impossible because both are within me. I have taken the most beautiful aspects from both cultures—the diversity and lifestyle of France, as well as the beauty of Albanian culture and its marvelous landscapes.”

Dance is an extraordinary passion. How did your interest in this field begin?

“I have always been sensitive to art, and each form of art holds its beauty for me. Dance, being the body that evokes an emotion, and the performance of dance intertwined with music, which is also an art form, creates an extraordinary artistic beauty for me. Expressing a feeling through the body, choosing music to support this sensation, seems to me something beautiful and unique.”

Pole dance is a very unique art. What challenges and pleasures have you encountered while practicing it?

The uniqueness of Pole Dance makes this art form beautiful. Most sources suggest that this dance style originated in Canada in the 1920s; dancers would perform around poles at events to attract attention and entertain people. In the 2000s, it gained worldwide recognition as a legitimate sport. Being a pole dancer requires patience and mastering movements with grace, as mishaps can occur quite often, haha. Despite not being an easy sport, it is wonderful because it blends dance, fitness, gymnastics, and muscular strength. The performances are almost always breathtaking. This has helped me gain self-confidence, and feel more feminine, and sexy.

Show-Bizz is a different world. What are the most difficult and enjoyable moments you have experienced on this journey?

Showbiz is a very vast world where many people aspire to enter. To stand out from others, in my opinion, you need to be a character and have something to offer to viewers and fans. The best way to do this is to be yourself. Being a public figure also means accepting criticism, just as in everyday life, not everyone will like you. But it’s part of the game. However, sharing life, passions, and personality with the audience seems delightful to me because it creates a form of connection with people you don’t know, but know you, offering support and strength. Without the public, there is no famous artist.

What is art for you, and in which profile do you wish to promote yourself?

For me, art is my secret garden. When the real world disappoints me, I find support and comfort in art. An art teacher I had once said, “For me, the life of dreams is artistic creation, nourishment, and friends,” which sometimes words cannot express but can be conveyed through a painting, a drawing, a poem, or a sculpture. Art takes countless forms. An artwork is either simple, or when you look at it, it evokes a feeling, or you pass by because it’s not for you; perhaps it will speak to someone else…
I enjoy drawing and painting in my style, a bit dramatic and sentimental. In recent years, I have also started sculpting, not forgetting, of course, Pole dance.

What new projects do you have planned for the future? Can you share something with our audience?

Lately, I have started a project called “The Woman’s Body,” a project entirely dedicated to the female body, which seems fascinating to me. I am finishing a sculpture of a pregnant Paleolithic Venus, inspired by the first women represented in prehistory, and some paintings of the female body. This project aims to appreciate the beauty of the female form.

Dance is the poetry of motion, where every movement is a word, and every choreography is a story written in the language of the soul; allowing the body to express what words cannot.
